IMRPL is interested in preparing a panel of technical experts in these fields with us and help us to interview shortlisted candidates at various centres, across India like New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Kochi at date and time indicated by IMRPL
IMRPL will refer CV’s and credentials of shortlisted candidates to be examined by our appointed experts to interview the candidates at the business centres and / or conduct technical skill tests in a trade testing centre for various skilled categories arranged by IMRPL.
Panel expert will be guided by the job description indicated by our client and after the interview / skill test would submit a report on technical competency, skill, qualification, nature of experience exhibited by the candidate and his overall assessment for suitability for the job. The trade testing centre and facilities / place for interview shall be arranged by IMRPL.
Such experts, when appointed on the panel, would be compensated on assignment to assignment basis and cover incidental expenses as approved by IMRPL. The scheduling of interviews could be fixed for weekends to suit the interviewer / candidates.
To be considered for appointment on such a panel, you are requested to indicate your qualification, nature and extent of experience, availability and highlight your suitability / special expertise to be appointed on such panel of experts.
You should have relevant qualification (Graduate or Post Graduate) with at least 15 years plus of experience in your field of specialization.
Some experts with long year’s floor experience in the field after their engineering diploma would also be empaneled for interview / trade test of skilled workers and supervisors in Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Shutdown, Welding categories.
